• Onsite initial visit for measurements & pics
• Creating the design layout, floor plans, & mood boards
• The sourcing and the procurement of all furnishings for the Air B & B
• The tracking & receiving of all orders, along with managing returns and /or exchanges
• Providing climate-controlled storage space for incoming purchase orders/furnishings
• Scheduling & supervising repairs/painting/deep cleaners etc.
• The installation of all of the furnishings into the actual Air B & B
• Disposing of all packaging
• The staging/set up of all furnishings, including all of the guest necessities
• Customized Air B & B graphics package (i.e. framed signs for the wifi password, checkout time)
• Photographing of all interior & exterior work completed
• Photos for the online AIRBNB listing done by a professional photographer
RESTYLING & STAGING INTERIORS TO SELL
WE START BY DECLUTTERING AND DE-PERSONALIZING YOUR HOME IN ORDER TO PREVENT DISTRACTION AND HELP PROSPECTIVE BUYERS ENVISION THEMSELVES LIVING THERE. THEN WE GET TO WORK USING YOUR EXISTING FURNISHINGS. WE RE-ARRANGE SOFAS, CHAIRS, COFFEE TABLES, ETC., TO MAXIMIZE THE SPACE. WE RE-HANG ARTWORK AND REDECORATE USING YOUR DECOR, BOOKS, TRAYS, ETC. WE WILL ALSO BRING IN SOME OF OUR OWN ACCESSORIES, LAMPS, LAMPSHADES, AND BED LINENS, TO FILL IN WHERE WE FEEL IT'S NECESSARY
